Fuimos a Tepoz a pasar el fin de año mi pareja y yo Reserve el hotel unos tres días antes del 31 de diciembre, la atención de Sandy fue excelente por what's , resolvió mis dudas y todo fue muy ágil. Está un poco retirado del centro (20 minutos más o menos) pero muy cerca de Tepozteco pero eso ya lo sabíamos ya que lo verificamos por Maps. La atención del personal fue magnífica sobre todo de Mayra la recepcionista, muy amable y atenta todo el tiempo. Nos tocó muy buena habitación, ideal para dos personas. En cuanto a los alimentos, no los probamos ya que preferíamos salir a probar otras cosas. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí, seremos clientes frecuentes!
Buena vista al cerro. Tomar una cerveza en la palapa muy relajante. Los desayunos con las tortillas hechas a mano por Mary deliciosas! Es un negocio familiar que te hace sentir como en tu casa de fin de semana.
Un lugar para descansar, relajarse, salir a caminar, comer sabroso. La atencion del Sr. Jaime y de los trabajadores es muy amable. Un lugar comodo y agradable.
La atención de los encargados fue excelente. Les hace falta personal que puedan atender en la limpieza. El ambiente muy agradable. Le falta limpieza a las albercas. El desayuno muy rico. Tuve internet todo el tiempo.
Mi novio y yo nos quedamos en temporada baja, está a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro, ahí mismo tienen comedor y la verdad cocinan muy rico, hay hamburguesas y tacos con servicio a domicilio cerca por si llegas ya tarde como nosotros. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero tal cual lo necesario, la alberca sí estaba friísima pero tambien nosotros vamos en noviembre jajaja. Es una opcion barata y agusto para hospedarte cerca de la zona turistica y muy callado!
La verdad el lugar está muy padre, tiene 2 albercas, también sirven desayunó muy rico y la ubicación es muy buena y cercana al Tepozteco.
Muy buena atención, buen desayuno, café de olla con servicios a la habitación, podrían mejorar algunos detalles de limpieza en la habitación pero en general muy buen servicio.
Está muy bien para descansar e ir al tepoz Recomiendo el servicio de temazcal
